Dear A Sahoo, First of all you didn't mention your height in centimeters. Calculating your BMI would have helped me exactly know what is the extent of weight gain you should be aiming for. However in general terms , following is the sequence of actions you should undertake to achieve a healthy weight gain (Adding kgs in terms of excess fat can make you sick and can lead to aquisition of new diseases like diabetes. Aim to gain weight in terms of your muscular built) 1. Get a through medical check up done from a qualified allopathic doctor practicing medicine and get yourself the medical approval to perform difference forms of exercises. 2. Initiate resistance training in terms of moderate weights with more repetitions. Also initiate flexibility exercises too. Both of these can be done on alternate days and this session should last for 30 minutes at least. 3. Initiate aerobic exercises ( cardio) which includes fast walking, jogging running, swimming or cycling for at least 45 minutes. 4. Get hold of a dietecian to advice you on the proper quality and quantity of food (proteins, fats , carbohydrates) to be supplemented with the exercise. Start with low intensity and lesser duration of exercises at first and then build on time and intensity to reach the desired goals. 5. Preferably get into a group with similar goals and interests to keep you motivated and going I wish you all the luck for your efforts to gain weight
