Many of us also eat to comfort us from stress rather than to satisfy hunger known as emotional eaters or in cases of disorders such as bulimia. Learn to accept your problems and improve eating habits and opt for healthy foods rather than sweet, spicy and fatty foods.

Meditation is known to benefit people with stress and anxiety disorders to a noticeable extent. Making some time for meditation may do wonders to your mental health. Meditation is most effective before going to bed or after waking up.
